We signed on with a realtor who had worked for us a couple of times in the past. Imagine our disappointment and dismay… 3 months went by without our property being worked beyond one 2 hour open house. Our property was not even shown by the realtor! The only advice was to lower the price. We refused of course, as the property had not even been shown! We opted out of the contract.

I am closing on my new home with Tammie Jo today. My wife Pam and I decided to ask her to be our REALTOR and she helped us every step of the way. We wanted a home with some acreage and a garage in a certain price range. Some people have found it odd that I asked my exwife to be our REALTOR and help us the perfect home. Through many obstacles and roadblocks Tammie jo stuck with it. She was diligent in her pursuit to sell my land. I can give nothing but praise to Tammie Jo. She kept me in the loop from beginning to end. If she could not answer when I called, she always called back in a timely manner, usually with answers to my silly questions!! I always felt (and was treated) more like family than a “client”. The larger realty groups don’t have the time or the *personality* that Tammie Jo provides.
