I am closing on my new home with Tammie Jo today. My wife Pam and I decided to ask her to be our REALTOR and she helped us every step of the way. We wanted a home with some acreage and a garage in a certain price range. Some people have found it odd that I asked my exwife to be our REALTOR and help us the perfect home. But, I knew how much she helped her clients and wanted that kind of help finding a home. Tammie Jo did a great job negotiating the deal and not only was able to get us into the home for less than list price, but had the seller pay all of our closing cost.
