Thank you so much Tammie Jo Ferguson/Rocky’s Mom Realty, LLC for all of your hard work. We signed the contract to sell October 16,2017. After a few issues with tenants and some hard work cleaning and clearing you had a contract on the property November 8, 2017. The closing set for December 7, 2017.

Wow amazing a little over three weeks and a contract, with a closing in four weeks weeks. Less than eight weeks from start to finish; I couldn’t ask for better service or faster results. You have done a wonderful job during what some considered “a bad time to sell” and I’m grateful. Wishing you and your family a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
