My wife and I worked with Tammie Jo on a recent commercial property purchase. We spent several months looking for the place that would be perfect for our new business, and Tammie Jo was there with us every step of the way. She was constantly on the hunt for properties that would work for us, sending listings as soon as they showed up on the MLS. We talked almost daily when we were looking, she is a great communicator, keeping us well informed of her progress. What made this search even more difficult, is that we live in N.W. Arkansas, over 1,000 miles away. So she did most of the leg work on her own. She would even meet our family members to view properties, and get a sense of what we wanted thru them. Once several potential properties lined up, we would travel to Roanoke and tour the properties with her.

My house had been on the market over a year when she became my realtor, and in 3 months she provided a quick sell, she knows the market and has very effective sales strategies, she also put the sale of the house in front of personal profits.
