I cannot tell anyone with more frivolity the amount of admiration and love I have for Tammie Jo Ferguson! She is a serious powerhouse of a woman and I am such in awe of her level of professionalism and dedication.
First off, I contacted her when another realtor I started working with never called me back. Right away Tammie got on the phone with someone about this absolutely gorgeous colonial that stole my heart. Within a few days we were starting the paperwork. Now, let me tell you we went with our personal bank which is nationally known for a loan. They never answered phone calls or returned them, they have everything go through their portal to submit and pulled the loan out from under us at the last minute. This all happened to us while trying to pack and plan our move all the way across country from California to Virginia. Tammie stood in our corner throughout that entire excruciating ordeal, and they pulled the loan at the last minute, she immediately had me send all my paperwork over to her preferred lender at Atlantic Bay Janie Arrington. Within a week (give or take a few days) Janie had us Pre-Approved for a loan and started submitting paperwork to the title company to put it together for us. Janie also ordered the appraisal right away not to further delay our closing. Wow. And the ladies from Priority Title (Terrie, Jennifer and Stephanie Brown) were so nice, amazing and patient with us throughout the entire process, even after what our personal bank had done. In total, from the time that Janie pre-approved us to closing, it was only 3 weeks! All thanks to Tammie Jo and the amazing people that she works with. Everyone that was involved, from the title company to the mortgage lender and even the home inspector Rob Huntley that Tammie Jo referred us to were amazing and on the ball.
I am so glad that the previous realtor stopped working with me, because I upgraded to an amazing bad-ass woman! I love Tammie Jo and Janie and everyone at Priority title for making mine and my mother’s dream of owning a home come true. It has been a long time coming and I feel like Tammie Jo is a second mom to me, which out great because I’ve always wanted two moms!
