My Dad started looking for a home to buy so he called a local real estate company that was a huge well known company. I had went with him to the appointment that they had setup for him to meet with them. Long story short… My Dad didn’t receive any help at all.  When we began our search for a house, we were looking at a house and Tammie Jo owner of Rocky’s Mom Realty, LLC was the realtor. That particular house did not meet our needs, but we decided to sign an agreement (which was fully explained to us) with Tammie Jo based on her knowledge, professionalism and seeming like she cared. The house hunt continued (and trust us there were a lot of houses that we looked at) until we found a house that met our wants, needs and fit into our budget. During this time Tammie Jo was in constant contact with us and we were in constant contact with her. During this time the housing market was booming and there were ALOT of houses that were “just listed”. All it took was a call to Tammie Jo and she made time or worked us in and scheduled to show us the house. The house that we finally bought was in high demand and we contribute our success in being one of the first two offers made on the house due to Tammie Jo’s quick response. She always was prompt at every showing and had the realtor’s information of every house. She always has a professional appearance and attitude, unlike some other realtors. We were extremely picky on what we wanted in a house and what we could afford, we were never pressured, never felt pressured to purchase a house. Tammie Jo was available anytime during the whole process to answer any questions and concerns that may have risen.
