 When we began our search for a house, we were looking at a house and Tammie Jo owner of Rocky’s Mom Realty, LLC was the realtor. That particular house did not meet our needs, but we decided to sign an agreement (which was fully explained to us) with Tammie Jo based on her knowledge, professionalism and seeming like she cared. The house hunt continued (and trust us there were a lot of houses that we looked at) until we found a house that met our wants, needs and fit into our budget. During this time Tammie Jo was in constant contact with us and we were in constant contact with her. During this time the housing market was booming and there were ALOT of houses that were “just listed”. All it took was a call to Tammie Jo and she made time or worked us in and scheduled to show us the house. The house that we finally bought was in high demand and we contribute our success in being one of the first two offers made on the house due to Tammie Jo’s quick response. She always was prompt at every showing and had the realtor’s information of every house. She always has a professional appearance and attitude, unlike some other realtors. We were extremely picky on what we wanted in a house and what we could afford, we were never pressured, never felt pressured to purchase a house. Tammie Jo was available anytime during the whole process to answer any questions and concerns that may have risen. She had recommendations throughout the whole process. Purchasing a home can be and most likely will be stressful but with Tammie Jo she made the process easier and pleasurable. If you are looking to sell or purchase a home, we highly recommend Tammie Jo of Rocky’s Mom Realty, LLC. Of with a review most are only 5 star which she receives from us without any questions however if we could give her 10,000 stars we would because she goes above and beyond to find your perfect home and in our opinion, she excels above and beyond any other realtor including private and national realtors. Tammie Jo you are AWESOME and thanks again for your professional, ethical and honest treatment of your customers!!
