When I initially entered the house buying process, I was both hesitant and excited. I didn’t know where to start or what all was involved, however, my mother recommended Tammie Jo to me because she has known her for years. I truly appreciated the honest advice that Tammie Jo gave me about the houses we looked at from her years of experience. She was able to pinpoint things that I was not able to see or fully understand as a first-time home buyer and she gave practical and realistic advice about what to expect when looking and putting offers in on houses. I was truly impressed by the amount of time and understanding she was able to show me throughout this whole process. She is extremely flexible and was able to meet me at a moment’s notice whenever a new opportunity presented itself.
