When I decided to buy a house, I had no idea where and how to start. I’m a single-mom and I did not have a big budget or much  free time on my hands. I spoke to one realtor and I felt that he was just pushing me houses, that did not match my needs. I was feeling so frustrated and I thought I would not find a house that I would like. After talking to my friend, she recommended me to Tammie Jo. I remember that on our first call, she assured me that we would find the perfect house. On the same day, she was sending me lists, so we could schedule viewings. We found the perfect house, but the owner was not showing it on that weekend. Tammie Jo , phoned the realtor and went out of her way to make the owner agree to show us the house. She was able to convince the owner sure enough, it was the perfect house for my kids and I. Tammie Jo gave me some tips that just a realtor with many years of experience could give me. I decided to put an offer on the house the same day. She reached my lender on a Saturday night, to get the documents needed to make our offer stronger. I truly believe that if was not for Tammie Jo, I would not be able to get my dream home. She always did what was right for me and she was fighting by my side to find our new home. She expand her knowledge about credit,home repairs,insurance,etc. We found the perfect house in only 3 days and my process until the closing date lasted only 1 month. Realtor plays a big role in the home buying process, so finding a good realtor will make the process enjoyable. I strongly recommend Tammie Jo as a realtor.
