We are more than happy to recommend Tammie Jo with Rocky’s mom Realty,LLC to anyone in the market for real estate. We found her ad in a real estate book and it completely caught our eyes. The simplicity of the ad combined with her boxing gloves got us intreiged. She looked like such a fun and enthusiastic person. I left a message with Tammie Jo and she got right back with me immediately. She was so patient and kind with answering any questions and concerns we had about what she does and what our steps in the beginning the buying process were. Right away we decided we wanted Tammie Jo to be our guide through this process.. We love how quick and punctual she was right away. So, instead of looking at a few houses here and there. We “power shopped” as Tammie Jo calls it. We looked at 7 houses in one day and then a few days later 4 more. She was on a roll finding homes with our specific wants. We looked at EVERY home with our specifications that was on the market. She did great with showing us homes only in our price range and nothing over. Tammie Jo was so helpful in every aspect of buying a home, writing up an offer was a breeze; it’s like Tammie Jo had known us for years with her ideas for the house we chose. All in all, being first time home buyers was such an easy process with Tammie Jo.  She works in overdrive for all of her clients and we are extremely pleased with her services.
