We signed on with a realtor who had worked for us a couple of times in the past. Imagine our disappointment and dismay… 3 months went by without our property being worked beyond one 2 hour open house. Our property was not even shown by the realtor! The only advice was to lower the price. We refused of course, as the property had not even been shown! We opted out of the contract.

Enter Tammie Jo Ferguson. She inspected the property, made a couple of suggestions to improve the presentation of the house, and then she went to work. TAMMIE JO HAD OUR PROPERTY UNDER CONTRACT IN 5 DAYS!

She patiently answered all of our questions and guided us through the process from our first meeting to the closing.
