I was a first time buyer and chose Tammie Jo because of her reviews on line and she seemed to be a real honest person. I like honesty, I’m a single income and could not afford a huge house which Tammie was respectful of. We looked at a lot of houses that turned out to be dead ends. We didn’t give up and in the end we found the perfect home for myself and my needs, also a little under budget! I got what my life needed and from start to finish was able to close on my house in about 35 days!
