This letter will serve as my very high letter of recommendation for Real Estate Agent/Broker Tammie Jo Ferguson. She assisted me with the purchase of my first home in October 20th, 2020. Being my first purchase, I didn’t know what to ask, or where to begin. Tammie Jo has the qualities that make her an extremely successful and effective broker. I can’t say enough about her professionalism and knowledge within the industry. She has high integrity and is very conscientious and tenacious, always keeping the client’s best interest in mind. My real estate purchase was a small transaction relative to the size of properties and transactions Tammie Jo normally handles but she treated me with the same professionalism and courtesies one would expect for a very large transaction. One of the qualities I respected the most was her no- nonsense style. At times, I was pushy because I didn’t have time to waste but she never took it personal! She does a great job of listening to her client’s needs and does not waste time showing properties which do not meet the client’s objectives. Our transaction went very smoothly and we closed on time. We had a small issue up to the close date but she made sure she kept on top of things.
